Service Notes
How the fulfilment service works
- Receiving charges are final once stock is booked into the warehouse.
- Boxes and pallets should be clearly labelled with seller name and product/SKU details.
- Pick and pack pricing covers standard handling for packed e-commerce parcels.
- Oversized, fragile, multi-box, restricted, or unusual items may require approval and a separate quote.
- Courier label prices may change if Evri updates rates, VAT, fuel surcharge, insurance, or service conditions.
- Free storage applies for the first 2 months from the date stock arrives at the warehouse.
- After free storage period, storage is agreed based on stock volume, space required, and order activity.
- Other courier labels can be quoted separately if required.
