Who you are buying from

Our UK-registered company is Elevate Commerce Pvt Limited, company number SC889946. Our registered office is 78 Croftmont Avenue, Glasgow, Scotland, G44 5LH.

These terms cover our website, accounts, training and services. Contact support@elevatecommerce.uk if you have a question before ordering.

What your purchase includes

Your training fee provides access to all training materials included in the programme you purchase, for the access period advertised when you book. Live sessions, in-person classes and additional services are included only where stated in that programme.

The programme description, price, access period and confirmed class schedule form part of your purchase. Separate services follow the scope and payment stages agreed with you in writing. Please ask us before paying if anything is unclear.

Creating an account is free. It does not automatically include access to every paid programme or service.

Your account and training materials

Keep your account details accurate and your password private. Training access is for the account holder. You may not share or sell your login, bypass access restrictions, or copy and redistribute our lessons.

Our lessons, branding and website content remain protected by intellectual-property rights. Buying training gives you permission to use the included materials for your own learning; it does not transfer ownership.

If access is missing or a lesson will not play, contact support with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will investigate without asking for your password.

How training is delivered

Recorded lessons are accessed online through your account. Live online and in-person training follow the schedule or intake confirmed for your booking. Please confirm the intake before travelling to our Rawalpindi office.

You need a suitable device and internet connection for online lessons. Contact us promptly if a technical problem prevents you from using your purchased training.

Immediate access to digital lessons does not by itself remove any statutory cancellation right. The Refunds and Cancellations policy explains when cancellation rights apply.

Prices and payments

The price and currency shown for your order apply to that purchase. Use only the checkout or payment instructions provided by our team. Keep your order confirmation and payment reference.

Your training and seller services are supplied by Elevate Commerce. The programme or service you select, its price and its access period are confirmed as part of your order.

Training results and earnings

Our programmes provide education, practical guidance and the materials described in your purchase. They do not guarantee income, profit, sales, marketplace approval or account reinstatement. Results depend on your work, business decisions, costs and market conditions.

Not earning money or achieving a particular business result is not, on its own, a reason for a refund. We do not offer an earnings guarantee or a discretionary money-back guarantee after training has been supplied as agreed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

eBay, TikTok Shop and other platforms make their own decisions and can change their rules. Elevate Commerce is an independent training and services business, not a representative of those platforms.

Reviews and responsible use

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Only submit content you have permission to share. Do not post private information about others, impersonate someone, threaten users or use the website unlawfully.

You retain ownership of the material you submit. By submitting a website review, you give us permission to display it and its attached image when published. Contact support about corrections, removal requests or concerns.

UK consumer rights

For UK consumer purchases, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects your rights to digital content that is as described and of satisfactory quality, and services provided with reasonable care and skill.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 set out cancellation rights for eligible online and distance purchases. Our Refunds and Cancellations policy explains the difference between digital lessons and live services. Nothing in our terms removes these statutory protections.

Questions, complaints and changes

Email support@elevatecommerce.uk with your order reference, a description of the issue and the resolution you are requesting. We will review the information and explain the next steps.

The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase. Later updates do not automatically change an existing purchase agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
