Training fees and results

When you pay for training, you receive access to all training materials included in your purchased programme, for the access period shown when you book. Your fee pays for training access and any sessions or support included in that programme, not a guaranteed financial return.

Not earning money, making sales or achieving the results you hoped for is not, on its own, grounds for a refund. We do not offer an earnings guarantee or a discretionary money-back guarantee once training has been supplied as agreed. Choosing not to use the materials does not create a separate right to a refund.

This policy does not affect statutory cancellation rights or your rights if training or services are not supplied, are faulty, are not as described or are not delivered with reasonable care and skill.

Your rights under UK law

For UK consumer purchases, this policy follows the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. These rights are separate from our no-earnings-guarantee policy.

The cancellation rules below concern consumer purchases, rather than purchases made wholly for a business. Your order type and the way training is supplied determine the cancellation rights available.

Recorded lessons and digital access

For an online digital-content purchase covered by UK consumer cancellation rules, you normally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel. That cancellation right ends when supply begins only if you have expressly agreed to immediate supply, acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right and received the required contract confirmation.

Simply paying, creating an account or being given access does not automatically waive that right. If the required steps have not been completed, applicable cancellation rights remain available.

If purchased lessons are unavailable, faulty or different from their description, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.

Live online and in-person training

Live and in-person classes follow your confirmed booking schedule. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or cannot attend. Any transfer or rescheduling request is subject to confirmation by our team, unless you have a legal right to a remedy.

For an online or distance service booking covered by UK consumer cancellation rules, the cancellation period is normally 14 days from entering the contract. Booking a future class does not by itself remove that right. If you expressly request services to start during that period, a lawful cancellation charge may reflect the service already provided. The right to cancel a fully performed service ends only after the required consent and acknowledgement.

If we cancel a class, materially change the agreed programme or do not provide what you purchased, contact us to arrange an appropriate resolution in line with your rights.

Seller services and other bookings

Seller support, account-management and other services follow the written scope and payment stages agreed for your order. For a service covered by UK consumer cancellation rules, an express request to start work during the cancellation period may mean a proportionate charge for work already supplied if you cancel.

We cannot guarantee decisions made by marketplaces or other third parties. We remain responsible for providing the service we agreed to deliver.

Optional cancellation form

You may email this form to support@elevatecommerce.uk, or send any other clear statement that you wish to cancel.

How to request help or cancel

Email support@elevatecommerce.uk with your name, order reference, purchase date and the programme or service involved. Tell us whether you wish to cancel or report an access problem, incorrect charge, non-delivery or another issue.

You do not need to give a reason when exercising a statutory right to cancel. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient; please include enough information for us to identify your order. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

We will review your request against the order details and applicable rights. Where a refund is due, we will confirm the amount and return it through the original payment method wherever possible, within the time required by law.
